V-1.02  MV compatibility fix

• rabbitMap would fail to draw the map on transfer, crashing the game.
• Have temporarily removed the MV  demo.
• A new MV only demo will be put up in the next day or two.
• For the updated code, grab the rabbitMap.js file.
